Yarn on the Half Shell

Sheldon. I waaaaaaaaanit. How cute is this guy?! He's the perfect project for all of that craptastic Kn!tpicks Shine I have left from the Mitered Square Blanket. And lo, I should have just enough of the two greens! (Flash forward to me cursing and throwing needles in a few weeks when I run out and Sheldon has 3 legs.) I believe this is the first time I have stash yarn that matches project requirements exactly. Even better, it's stash yarn I want to banish!

Plus more exciting news: there's a new way to get rid of my oddballs! They can take a one-way trip to the land of the liberty bell. Interim House, an addiction treatment center in Philly, is looking for yarny donations.

Oh I noticed Sheldon a few weeks ago on Knitty. How fabulous is he! I especially love that his shell is removable. You must make this!
